I am new to the region but like it already (the forums are so pretty).

Particular things that interest me as a member inclue: building culture, games and entertainment, whimsical role plays, and other silly stuff.  

Since the formation of Qastari's new government, it has experienced a brief period of nearly complete international political isolation apart from a select few dealings. Reports in Qastari news this morning however report that Premier Ariya Khassan al-Mareqi has been in communication with Supreme Leader Amal Reem El-Ghazzawy of Alssahra and have arranged a meeting to take place between the leadership of the two nations. 

The Qastari government reportedly believes that the two countries have much of value to offer each other, and in a world of increasing instability and the recent rising threat of fascism, it may be looking for an opportunity to open ties and positive relations with the democratic nations of the world's with whom they share mutual threats. The meeting has the possibility as well to restore long lost ties between the people of Qastari and Alssahra, which have been broken since the prior broke off from The Empire. A delegation will leave the capital of Qastari this morning and arrive later today in Alssahra.

The recent media release may have overstated how empty the roads are in more detial it is empty with private drivers as a matter of fact the reason private ownership of vehicles was banned was to make more room on the road for industry. With recent construction widening the roads so there is more room for traffic combined with the strained public transit system private drivers may be the best way to go for increasing production. The vehicles will be distributed by the government through application to find the best way to increase traffic flow and safety. Citizens including those with industrial truck licenses and special licenses will have to complete a drivers paper exam on the certian traffic signals and traffic signs, then will complete an actual drive with the instructer from their house to work and back, they will be a loted 3 days leave inorder to recieve a Kumari roadway license. If divers also wish to travel across the border or drive in other nations they will have to get a special Kumari drivers license as well which has been available to citizens already these new kumari roadway licenses allow private driving in Kumari, Special licenses allow driving in foriegn nations and hold the standard of driving in public roadways across the world. The driver may then apply for an actual vehicle the department will work with other departments to determine what vehicle to issue out of the three this process will take 7 days to complete then the car will be issued as well as the first week of gas coupons. The citizen will have to purchase their own gas coupons from that point forward out their salary the government decides the amount of necessary coupons to issue it differs from citizen to citizen. If you are planning a trip you must provide a destination and a route will be planned for you as well as an increase in coupons allowed for the citizen. All of these regulations are necessary inorder to prevent failure in the road system the traffic in Kumari is a well oiled machine the roadways are always monitiered and automatic roadfences rise from the major roadways incase of accidents to keep the flow of traffic until it is removed. The Kumari Road system as restricted as it may be, it is far different from anything in Selene and is truely a marvel to behold the precision and grace of Kumarian drivers. Kumari roadways are not meant for public use like other nations besides buses and monorails, but only for industry and so while it is opening up to the public for private use industry on the roadway is still top concern and any backfire or reports of slowdowns will result in temporary ban of private drivers.

Unfortunately for the time being foriegners visiting Kumari are still banned from driving on the roadway unless the hold a Kumari drivers license because the roadways are just too different from other nations. Also their is still heavy restrictions on which cars will be allowed from other nations, and must fit within certain height, width, and length measurements to be allowed entrance. The Government as mentioned is now manufacturing 2 types of private vehicles.

So I am open to closing the camps but I want to find discussion and solutions that we all can agree on that can limit the fascists you know I may sound like a big bad guy but really I am open to finding peaceful solutions as you can see from previous threads and recently showed that the camps are not favored by the people.

EX: (If you say for instance people who have returned home say the camps are horrible I will ask for proof if you say i have a report right here I will say where did you get that from you only walked in here with a guard whose outside) I am an old fashion D&D type player so details are important and make it a more fun game
4. Guards I assure you this is a secure Kumarian Government Facility if you want a guard you can bring 1 but they stay outside. Mine are.
5. Post here if you wanna ask any questions to me or anyone else occ I will be checking this and the main one back and forth its just to insure smooth RP for a big event like a summit
6. If you send a delegation just remember that it is a summit and so they will be taken less seriously at least by myself

General Secretary Wolfric Swartvec awaits for all guest to arrive in the main meeting hall staring out a large window. A table with many seats in a circular fashion fill the room two armed guards stand outside the door to the room. The large window on the oppisite side where Wolfric stands has a view of the Kumari City internement camp 02 which is surrounded by a fence and filled with trailers equal to one another and a meduim sized concrete building on the fence marked as COURT ROOM - K/02. Oskar Schindlervec Overseer of the Internment camps is also in the room sitting very nervously at the table.

It was the day. It was the day that numerous members of the Nationalist Alliance would meet up and discuss issues on the world, and on the alliance itself.
Duce Edward Yutan has prepared for this. He had gotten a nice clean table with at least 10 seats, in case any surprises might show up. The room was a bit dark, but not too dark, and had a modern feel to it. The door leading to the room was huge, with soldiers outside and inside. Outside of the capital, Solteks with flags praising the state and the leader, Yutan, and welcoming the leaders to New Stelle. They said things such as, "Welcome friends! May we destroy our enemies togther!"
This is exactly what Yutan wanted. To show the nationalism that Solteks felt. But, now it was time for the big meeting to take place. He awaited for Wellman and the others to arrive.

Following Sir Arthur Wellman taking the throne, massive changes are afoot in the Drewish Empire's largest and most influential group, the Tnarist Faith.
Wellman recently made a speech allongside the Supreme Disciple of the Tnarist Faith calling for a Great Restoration, with the goal of spreading Tnarism to every corner of the globe. Wellman expressed his belief that it is every Drewish citizens responsibility to convert any and all nonbelievers to the One True Faith. To accomplish this, Wellman and the Supreme Disciple Thomas Barrow have founded the Tnarist Missionary Corps. This Corp will recruit volunteers, who will then be sent via airplane to as many nations as possible, where they will found Tnarist Churches and Religious Societies. Hundreds of thousands of citizens have signed up, but only 46,000 missionaries will be sent at this time. Targets for mission work include, Fornoire, Alsshara, Sartoria, Kauzka, the Sol Federation, Imperial Military Greece, and the Righteous Empire.

For those that do not know about Tnarism, here's a brief description:
Tnarism was founded in the year 738 by a prophet named Quillog. At the time of its foundation, the Drewish Empire was ruled by a loose collective of Atheist warlords. Quillog founded Tnarism based on principles of militarism and conquest, as well as prominent beliefs against racial discrimination, an idea which allowed him to receive large support from the oppressed minorities of the Empire. For the next 52 years, Quillog expanded the Tnarist Faith until it was followed by roughly 60% of people in the Drewish Home Islands. At this point Quillog (then 74 years old) organized his followers into a massive army, and launched a bloody civil war against the Aetheist monarchs. The war was quickly won by the Tnarists, who then created the Holy Tnarist Empire, a nation that would eventually become the Drewish Empire. Tnarists believe that the one true God has appoints one messenger to Artemia every time the previous messenger dies. This messenger is known as the Supreme Disciple, and leads the Tnarist faith, making executive decisions as to how it should be run. The second highest figure in the Faith is the Grand Imperator of the Drewish Empire, who operates alongside the Prophet. The Imperator advises the Prophet, but cannot make executive decisions in the Faith. Today, more than 98% of Drewish citizens are Tnarist followers. The religion dominates almost every aspect of Drewish life, including the government.

Beliefs of the Tnarist Faith include:
1. Unwavering loyalty to the faith (and to a lesser level, to the Drewish Empire)
2. Mandatory military service in support of the faith (in the army of the Drewish Empire or that of its allies)
3. Abhoring all discrimination based on race, gender, or orientation
4. The belief that the Supreme Disciple is the one true god's messenger on Earth, and that authority over the entire world is the Faith's birthright.
