I'm afraid that I have become too busy to involve myself in this role play anymore. I'm sorry to do this after Procellia left, but please understand. I have high school now, and I cannot afford to spend anymore time on other things. My only request is that you guys just forget about my nation's history. Let other nations settle on my plot and make their own story on that land. I'd prefer it if you guys just forgot my nation's existence. I know it's gonna be complicated to do that, but please do it for not my sake, but for potential newcomers. That is all. Well guys, goodbye. It was nice knowing all of you.

As we all probably know by now Procellia (much to my regret) has left us. He played a big part of the story that has happened so far in the Media Cavea, making the first popular shared roleplay thread 'The Great Meeting' which sparked the ideas for many role plays after it, and will continue to do so. Since he played such a big part and is so intertwined in all of our nations stories it seems criminal to pretend that he didn't exist. So I propose that we create a rebellion thread, detailing how Procellia, due to it's going into isolation once again, broke apart and was destroyed by rebellion. This makes way for new nations in the spot previously occupied by him, and means that his leaving OOC can be explained IC. The conditions of this are:

1) All nations claiming plots in the continent previously occupied by Procellia must indicate this, detailing the rebellion in their nations history.

2) Procellia is not to be cut out of any existing lore, as that would defeat the purpose.

3) If Procellia does return he may not have his own land back, but should be top priority if he wants to claim part of the existing continent as this keeps it lore friendly and means he won't start from scratch.

4) This should be made clear to all nations joining the forum.

5) No one may change or twist these rules, save the admin.

Hopefully if this is fulfilled we can carry on with our role playing without breaking the lore and that this proposal can serve as the basis for any incident occurring in which another important nation leaves.

Procellia once again chose to isolate itself, but this time the people want out. They are tired of being cut off from the rest of the world and after seeing how much trade and foreign relations had improved they're life and how the different nations governed themselves differently to the Socialism that had controlled them for many years, they want to change. A serious of political parties-turned-rebellions have sprung up and Procellia has once again divided into it's separate provinces. Once section of it now differs far from any others and it's once glorious cities, under the banner of a single nation, now fly flags separate to their neighbors. As the economy collapses it will be up to the provinces to decide their government, make their own rules and economy how they see fit.

(OOC Fox this is your time to shine ;p)

Since Procellia played a big part in my nations, and pretty much every other nation here's story, I take it upon myself to explain IC why it doesn't exist anymore. Now there are already people taking part of Procellias claim which, IC would not happen so fast unless Procellia had a revolt and split into many different territories. This way we can explain why Procellia as a single nation disappeared but also why lots of other nations, which they undoubtedly will, sprung up in the area previously occupied by it. Of course this has it's downside as any nation that wants their plot there would have to adopt at least one aspect of Procellia traditions, say demonism and or the appearance of the race but that's all I have so far so yeah.
If you have any questions or other suggestions post them below.
But we can't just cut Procellia out of the lore like it never existed because if we did, no Great Meeting, which means Ranxiagir didn't get overthrown, which means Sasaufe didn't take over, there was no Soltek Pact, Kauzka is still named Felinius Paradisum (Please no) and it's not in anarchy, the Mekselia Summit may not have happened and many other things as well. 
We have to do something.

Keemu, an anarchist, is enjoying the collapse. He and his group placed C4 on the doors of the government building and blew them open, letting the mob in. He now had one of the Councillors held in a head lock with a knife against his throat. He dragged the Councillor up to Sasaufe's old balcony and yelled at the mob below him. When that didn't work one of his men let off a firework, which got their attention. 'Oi you bastards, look 'ear' he yelled at them before plunging his knife into the Councillors throat and dropping him off the balcony. 'The government's dead and we can do whatever the fuck we want' He checked to see if they were listening, which most of them were 'I though, am taking this building, if anyone wants to join me get in hear and we'll 'ave a look at ya, if not then fuck off!' After he said this one of his men dropped a grenade by the entrance, anyone who didn't get out of the way was blown to bits. Most of the crowd then left, although a few stayed and entered the building.

Kauzka is in anarchy, but that does not mean it has no leader.

Edward Yutan, now the dictator of the Sol Federation, has had a very rough life. Beginning as a poor Soltek in the capital city of New Stelle, he worked long hours. He would go on for days without food or water. He lived with a mother and two sisters. As such, food and water were in short supply. However, this would all change. At the age of 12, he had his entire family murdered by a group of gangsters. This sudden loss of his family would leave a scar in his heart forever. It left him with one mindset: he was better off alone. 6 years later, he decided to enter into politics. There was a national election for ambassador of the Sol Federation. He decided to enter the election in order to show patriotism for his country. He was consistently made fun of for how he was a lower class citizen entering a race with rich men. However, this smearing actually helped him, as now the poor and middle class had begun voting for him. In a month, he was elected, being the first poor citizen elected into office. The leader at the time, Daniel Turnt, saw promise in him, so he got Edward an education. This now made Edward Yutan a educated high class citizen. 5 years later, he was chosen to represent the Sol Federation in a meeting with Sartoia. (more coming!)

Sasaufe:

29, born 5 August 1987, in Messes, Kauzka.
Height: 5'6
Appearance: Slim, sandy-brown hair (shoulder length, usually worn in braids), olive skin, brown eyes.

Story:
From the age of 8 Sasaufe has been schizophrenic. She had first been diagnosed when her parents heard her talking to a imaginary person called 'Dusty' who she had insisted was real. 'Dusty', much like her later imaginations, was very abusive mentally, but never hurt her physically and was thought to be very passive-aggressive. Her parents would find her crying saying that she had 'disappointed him' that he was 'disgusted' with her or her actions or that he 'knew that anyone could do/behave/live life better than her'. Dusty disappeared after she started to take the pills, not returning after she stopped taking them either. Sasaufe has severe reactions to the drug that she takes to stop her hallucinations. This can include, severe headaches, tiredness, fever and traumatic nightmares. Strangely Sasaufe stopped experiencing hallucinations at age nine. Her parents thought the bad side of the pills outweighed the good and she stopped taking them. The hallucinations did not return until years later at age 19 and at the time the doctors deemed her cured, calling it a miracle. At age 19 she entered law school, wanting to become a lawyer. Consequently this was the same time she started hallucinating again. This time it was a man she knew simply as the 'Steward'. He was a lot like Dusty had been, although he was more agreeable, talking with her about world issues, a subject she enjoyed, and her own life. He seemed to only get annoyed or disagreeable when Sasaufe had second thoughts about something she had done in the past, rebuking her and telling her that she should've done it this way. He also encouraged her to plot against things she didn't like, leading her to hiring assassins to kill Ranxiagrir because she wanted more power. He seemed to like it when she did something evil or devious, encouraging, and helping in the formation of the plot to kill Ranxiagrir and encouraging her to join the Solteks in an anti-Selene pact so that they could stir up the international politics. He almost controls Sasaufe now, as her schizophrenia gets worse her becomes more dominating. Who knows what he will make her do next.
