I have brought this to the attention of the Selene Communist Pact for further input and for now given Booker Comstock a leader of the communist movement in Nonfreesonia free passage to Kumari the Capital of the RCSK. I also have sent a message to Nonfreesonia in hopes to further explain the benefits of communism. I have always been a leader for the people and refuse to see other countries oppress workers that are enslaved by the Booshwazee class selling their country to big business. I scoff to the idea of Nonfreesonia being invited to the Nationalist Alliance, for the reason that a nation with obvious intentions of change among the people to their "national ideology". So joining such an alliance with no support to the common idea will surely fail. I intend to have peace among our people during this and only hope that you have not known of these events.

The Council of Foreign Relations and Trade (C.F.R.T.), with order from the Queen of Xialta, Constantina Vasileiou Yakushkina, sends a diplomat to Drako, the capital of Qastari, to discuss trade. The diplomat announces to the Qastarian officials that Xialta is ready to trade her colossal quantities of lead and iron for Qastarian oil and natural gases. The trade route will be coastal, with over 200 convoys that include designated-for-minerals cargo ships and oil tankers. Both nations are allowed to freely increase or decrease the amount of convoys in the route, as long as the amount of convoys does not fall below 200. In this trade agreement, a convoy is a defined as a group of 6 cargo ships OR 6 oil tankers, escorted by two small corvettes (OOC: The ships, not the cars, ugh), for protection against pirates. The diplomat deploys his paperwork, which states the rules and conditions of the trade agreement and points to where the Qastarian leader/head ministry has to put their signature, right next to Queen Constantina's signature.

Following increased stability in Drewish-Nonfreesonian relations, a meeting has been called to discuss an economic alliance, and possibly Nonfreesonia entering the Nationalist Alliance. A Drewish delegation has been sent to Extrithica. All other nations of the Nationalist Alliance have also been invited.

Seeing that the fall of the Jalis government ended up giving birth to an endless civil conflict and increased the bandit activity of the area to astonishing levels, the Queen of Xialta, Constantina Vasileiou Yakushkina, has requested from the global superpower, Selene, to give the right to Xialta to annex a small area near the Ichthes river and rename it into Ochyro. Area in question:

This is what Queen Constantina had to say: "It's very unfortunate that the people of this land have to suffer, because of the mistakes of the Jalis government. Our aim is to give shelter and food to the people of that small district, in return, we will make the people of this land ours, teach them our history, culture and turn them into Xialtan citizens. It's certainly much more pleasant than leaving them to their fate, dying of thirst or getting murdered by marauders. Plus, this territory is very much surrounded by Xialta's borders anyways, which makes our ownership of it pretty much inevitable."
Xialtan APCs and Transport Helicopters are already near the Xialtan borders, ready to land into the unclaimed territory, eliminate all the bandits and secure the place, only waiting for a green light by the Xialtan government, which in return is waiting for an "Okay" from Selene.
