Edward Yutan announces The New World Order

During a Press Conference, Premier Xiyah Quetzal had some very harsh words for Edward Yutan, the new Dictator of the Sol Federation.

"We have nothing to fear from a failing government which uses unrelenting oppression as a means to hold on to power. Edward Yutan's fascist imperialism will only serve to bring death and destruction to not only the people of the Sol Federation, but to many other lands which will be affected by the Soltek Pact. Global domination is a goal for the morally weak and insecure. Any attempts militarily advance his depraved vision of global domination will be met with swift and severe sanctions."
