After the fall of Sorism, Edward Yutan has declared that the democracy is nearing its end. At the capital, Edward Yutan is giving a speech. "Soon, people will realize just how broken democracies really are," he said. "By that time, Selene's superpower status will collapse, and the mighty nation of the Sol Federation will emerge as the power it always was meant to be. This is the beginning of a New World Order with the Sol Federation, Kauzka, and Senair as its leaders. Nations of the world, I ask that you join the Soltek Pact and we will promise you that we will protect your culture, people, and government. You better afraid Pro-Selene nations, the time for new nations to rise has come! It is time for a New World Order!" Numerous Solteks are cheering and yelling, "Hail Yutan! Hail Yutan!"

During a Press Conference, Premier Xiyah Quetzal had some very harsh words for Edward Yutan, the new Dictator of the Sol Federation.
"We have nothing to fear from a failing government which uses unrelenting oppression as a means to hold on to power. Edward Yutan's fascist imperialism will only serve to bring death and destruction to not only the people of the Sol Federation, but to many other lands which will be affected by the Soltek Pact. Global domination is a goal for the morally weak and insecure. Any attempts militarily advance his depraved vision of global domination will be met with swift and severe sanctions."
