Passing of the Switzerland Act

#1

After another nation mentioned the possibility of joining an alliance, an vote on this subject was convened. The vote actually never even took place, because of nights of very rigorous debate in the grand council. Instead, based on the position of The Commonwealth in Artemia, and how relative to some of the other nations in the region the Land of Neurotransmitters influence was small, it was best decided that The Land of Neurotransmitters will remain neutral in most governmental choices within the region, and will agree with Artemia on matters that concern the region as a whole in reference to the whole world. Therefore, what was dubbed as "The Switzerland Act" was passed on 4/24/2017 at 4:23 am. The previsions decided upon by the council are as follows:

1. All nations in Artmeia are welcome to establish embassies in the city of Dopa, the nation's capital.
2. All nations in Artmeia are welcome to settle any disputes, with the Land of Neurotransmitters acting as a common ground
3. The Land of Neurotransmitters will not aid or participate in any war or conflict outside of its borders, and will only defend itself if an attack occurs within its borders
4. All nations Artemia are welcome to debate regional policy and government within the Land of NT's grand council halls.
5. The Land of Neurotransmitters will not attempt to write any new legislation for Artemia, and will vote as a single entity.
6. The Land of Neurotransmitters will not engage in any trade deals that do not apply to the region as a whole, or any other form of a special nation - to - nation legislation.
7. All nations native to Selene are welcome to engage in free trade and commerce with the Land of NT
8. The Land of Neurotransmitters does reserve the right to void a nation of these privileges if that nation attempts to sabotage any of the Land of NT's efforts in Artermian life
