At that rate, that's just incredibly inefficient to develop a swarm of drones though. They're high tech pieces of equipment, not Soviet soldiers. It's like trying to swarm with the XCOM squad all armed with just pistols.

Couldn't the "high tech pieces of equipment" be high tech enough to either, swarm and kill without hitting each other or save bullets for individual combat.

It could, but when you're producing that many drones at that rate, it basically nullifies a lot of the tech of others. Too futuristic, is what I'm saying.

Soldiers are routinely sent to find women and child suffering on the battlefield or within the ruins of the cities. Campsites outside the country's borders plot the landscape as armed vehicles and helicopters transport good across the country and from Sovern. President Travis supports the Imperials for the war, but no armed action has token place against the rebels.
