How Procellia ends

I'm okay with that ^-^ I mean, just look at Korea which has it's own cultural differences was still Chinese & Japanese @ different points in time (...I think haha). Laport was a previous province in Procellia but during the fall of the great empire (?) we succeeded and become an independent nation Awesome, that works out well, helps me bump my nation development up a little farther... Laport is just like the previous Yugoslovia nations.

Is there a place I could learn more about Procellia, just for my own reference? Like maybe their borders & such, just so I can get an idea where Laport came from & try to shape it some more.
