Hey so I would like to move my nation to that long stretch of land west to Forniore and still touch Forniore as well we are collaborating on an RP that says I was the Communist nation that rose from Forniore. Just go ahead and use my cities names already I do want Kumari on the furthest ocean side away from Forniore. There is a new city Oksioripoli and I want it to be somewhere dotted right on Forniore and my border.

Am i allowed to expand into Seniar's former territory and allow it to be a part of my country

and may i add a few more cities
