Ranxiagrir stood on a balcony, looking over all of his people talking and having a good time in the courtyard. He made a signal with his hand and a large bell sounded. Everyone looked up at the ruler and he a raised his hand, signalling that he was going to make a speech. 'My people' he started 'today is my 56th birthday!' some cheering followed this statement 'I am lucky to have ruled over all of you lovely people for so long, so today I wish to give back. Many of you I personally know, but to those I do not, feel free to approach me and introduce yourself. Now the food and drink bars will be opened shortly, and the party will begin, but first a few words' he cleared his throat 'for a long time we have been isolated, with the shock of 1967, but in the coming years I intend to change that. Our trade will most likely be doubled in the year to come, and I will be taking a larger stance in international politics. I do need something from all of you however. In order for us to connect with other nations I will be creating a tourism industry, and I will also be encouraging migration into Kauzka. These migrants and tourists need to be welcomed if this is to succeed. Do not fear for your jobs or way of life, as the Council and I will be carefully monitoring the number of these migrants, and the effect they have on society. This is actually a chance to spread our culture, for you all to show these new Kauzkans our way of life, so that we can help them settle in our society. This is a chance for us to be respected and loved by other nations so today, on my 56th birthday, I announce the International Kauzkan Program'. Ranxiagrir stepped down from the balcony and cheering filled the courtyard. The food and drink bars opened, delicious smells wafting through the air. Ranxiagrir made his way into the courtyard, accompanied by a guard, to join in on the festivities.
