Prince Patrizio answered questions from CU students

Chierana. Yesterday Prince Patrizio visited Chierana University to examine the campus and interact with students. Before leaving he held an impromptu Q&A session with students in the university dining hall.

His two-hour visit started with a short meeting with the faculty, where he congratulated them on their role in the recent announcement that CU is the best university in eastern Sartoria and highlighted the importance of placing educaction at the front of all national debates. In his remarks, the Prince said that "this nation has been built on the promise that knowledge must be accessible to all" and encouraged the audience to keep that in mind for all their classes and instill that same spirit into their students.

He was then taken to visit the newest class and residence halls, where he interacted with students and asked them about their satisfaction with CU in particular and the educational system in general. Many students seized the opportunity to take photos with the Prince, who seemed happy to oblige. As his visit approached its end, he rejected the previous plan to have a private dinner and instead insisted on eating at the university dining hall. While he was eating, several students approached him to ask questions about the educational standards in the city.

The Prince spent the next forty minutes answering questions from students and asking his own, all while eating garlic bread and some pasta. In his usual manner, he insisted that students behave informally when asking and responding to questions, and he himself removed his tie and rolled up his sleeves while eating. He finished the Q&A session with a promise that he would discuss with Council President Marco Valerio the need to improve job opportunities in the region and taking a photo with the more than 70 students that were in attendance. He then left CU to attend other events in Chierana.
