How Procellia ends

Perhaps by searching all their posts. While we haven't got a compendium of all nations yet, (I need to figure out the fuck I'm supposed to upload country infobox templates to the wiki), I'm sure we can start to compile data on all our nations!

On the subject of Procellia, they went into isolation but broke up after different factions and nations. Laport can be one of the most populated (if you want), and perhaps a bit like an oppressed people against Procellia. Somehow.
