For "world war"
Seniar has based some military in the navy. marines and special forces are based here, the marines have training in both sea and land warfare, the special forces are second sons (judge dredd priests
) who also have military training but mostly on land. The navy itself is nothing special though, just a few carriers and warships, the land based army, however, has some of the more advanced tech.
For the grunts, the casual soldiers on the front: targeting enhancers in their helmets, weak exoskeletons to help with heavy lifting, jump packs on their lower back, Comms also within the helmet, an automatic or single shot rifle, an automatic or single shot pistol, grenade launcher or rocket launcher (for certain units), a retracting gas mask on the helmet and weak body armour connected to the exoskeleton.
For veterans and special forces alike they may choose to have: a tougher exoskeleton, tougher armour which covers most of the body (not impenetrable), hand held heavy weapons, no jump packs for obvious reasons and most of the grunt tech.
There are few tanks and more armoured trucks with gun ports, artillery cannons and basic land rovers with machine guns.
The airforce is little to nothing, just a few drop ships and fighter jets, that's it.
The second sons, as I said, are basically judge dredds, they care little for the wellbeing of others and care much for religion, if the enemy isn't part of the faith of the high father then they will have a bad time.
