The Holy Empire of Pontilear wishes to establish a trade route between Leos'mal and Port of Grace.
We have many vineyards in Pontilear due to the monasteries. I would encourage you to reconsider a ban on foods; it is most excellent wine.
In regards to natural resources; mining has been bountiful. We are willing to sell sapphire with applicable tax.
I am willing to suspend our tariffs for a period.
(Tariff on iron, gold, silver, diamonds, emerald)
Anything imported, natural, will be exempt in the port, for five days.
I wish to impress this is Pontilear's first trade agreement after year's of isolation.

Dear Archbishop Leopold,

Thank you for considering the offer extended by his majesty. My city has much to offer for trade, due to its strategic location I'm out great empire. We have manufactured goods of the highest quality that I am sure will impress. We have fine silks from the south as well which will be sure to please you.

As for the ban on foods, as legislated by our elected assembly it applies only to raw foods. Prepared goods such as wine are permitted. As we ourselves can only produce a very limited amount I am positive you will find a welcome and receptive welcome for it.

I thank you for your generous offer to limit tariffs, but unfortunately can not reciprocate. As all of our industry is state owned I am obligated to protect it from being undermined by a foreign competitor with lower prices. I do hope that you understand my position.

His Highness,

Lord Cus

His Highness Lord Cus,

We respect your economic policy and will not impose any further.
His Eminence is interested in your silk. It will benefit our clergy.
We, are willing to offer 50 casks of Pontilear Merlot for 75 yards of silk.
As the first trade of Pontilear, we find this to be fair but will compromise.

Afgurla, The Empire of Procellia
---------------------

The General, taking the silence of his guests as a compliment, gently prided them down the narrow streets of Afgurla. It seemed the locals were so lost in their own worlds even the obvious battle ready soldiers went unnoticed and even were bumped into occasionally.

After walking for 10 minutes the delegation could see sunlight at the end of the street, were the buildings seemed to end abruptly for some reason. The reason became clear as they passed into the sunlit area.

They had wandered onto a wide brick boulevard, one so wide that it hosted several noisy stand where books and newspapers seemed to be for sale, as well as tacky souvenirs hung from some seedy looking booths.

Beyond could be seen a large castle rising out of what appeared to be a park, or rather it would have been considered large under normal circumstances. But in comparison to the towering city, and walls that rose even university the bluff that hosted the castle, it and the park seemed hopelessly tiny like a doll house and small flowerbed.

The castle was made of solid limestone, and ornately decorated with beautiful murals of supernatural beings on its sides. Other than the murals thigh the castle seemed very plain, hinting that it had originally been built for functional defense, not to display wealth.

The original walls around the structure could just be seen from their vantage point, again simple sandstone walls and hates painted with ornate art. As they made their way through the park two figures came closer to view, standing under one of the arches that divided the castle grounds from the park.

The figures, once close, turned out to be a beautifully dressed woman in what could best be described as a dark purple toga, and a gentleman wearing a tunic and trousers, both in black. The woman was an exotic beauty, her almond eyes shaded blood red and her hair a platinum blonde. She stood in contrast to her subjects, among whom black hair and brown eyes were the norm.

With a graceful bow the man spoke "Greetings Fornoir and Boredomo representatives. I am Mayor Nata and this is Lady Issneas. We welcome you to Cuzarit Castle."

Lady Issneas added "It is a pleasure to meet you. His majesty the Dras will be arriving tomorrow to meet with you personally."

The Mayor appeared to be resisting the temptation to role his eyes, inadvertently hinting at the power struggle between him and her. In atheist areas such as Afgurla the royal family often had very little power, which made for tense relations, especially since the two leaders both lived in the castle.

Close to Procellia

A soft sound was heard throughout the aircraft, then a woman spoke through the intercom. "Please fasten your seatbelts. We will begin our descent to Afgurla."

Council President Marco Valerio has been reading some documents in his office. If there was one thing he enjoyed about his position, it was probably being one of two people with automatic access to the luxury jets from the Royal Air Force, the other being Prince Patrizio. He was not one for luxuries and displays of wealth, preferring to keep things simple, but nobody in their right mind could refuse flying with such ample space and good service. With flights lasting almost a day, such as the one from Mekselia to Afgurla, access to the jet was a benefit he was not willing to forfeit.

He fastened the seatbelt on his chair, the one behind an elegant wooden desk, and shortly after felt his ears pop, one of the unmistakable signs of descent. He hated turbulence, that feeling of uncontrollable drops, but he had always liked descent, the feeling of a controlled and progressive fall. Less than an hour later he could see city lights, and then he felt the familiar bump of the airplane coming into contact with the runway. As laid out in the schedule his aides had provided, he could be walking down the airstair shortly, and then go to his hotel, to spent the night before the summit began.

Truth be told, he was not that excited about attending the summit. The affair with the infiltrators had left a bad taste in his mouth, and he had been pretty close to cancelling his attendance altogether, as a sign of protest. He relented only to keep the peace and see how events developed, but he still felt outraged enough to dispatch the Foreign Councillor to a secret meeting with Sylon in Byzantium, to discuss recent events and the possibility of a security partnership. Procellians seemed to think an awful lot about themselves, and that might risk the negotiations, as he saw it.

He rose, and headed towards the front door of the plane, to talk with the captain while they waited for the airstair to arrive.
Procellia/Porosellia

"Greetings, Mayor Nata and Lady Issneas. A pleasure to meet you"

Looking at the castle, the King was marveled upon it. He loved limestone

"May I say, this is a beautiful castle. Your country is beautiful, and I admire it"

"Shall we proceed?"
The Lady and the mayor gave their polite replies to the King, and after a short pause to see if Boredomo's delegation would say anything it was the mayor that said

"You must be tired from your journeys. Please allow me to show you your quarters." The inside of the castle was amazingly modern, decorated with a very minimalist style.

The guest rooms were all located on the fourth floor of the castle. Each set of chambers consisted of a large living room, two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Like the rest of the castle it seemed that an effort had been made to make the rooms feel much younger. The fireplaces had even been retrofit with gas inserts that looked oddly out of place in a five hundred year old castle.

"I hope you find the quarters to your liking. They've been so unused that we had to furnish them especially for your visit" shared Lady Issneas, her white hair bouncing as she laughed. The mayor just glared at his royal counterpart, apparently displeased with her openness.

"thank you Mayor Nata and Lady Issnea if you need anything dont hesitate to call me"

then the Embassador go inside the room while kalamity organize the security of both Boredomo and Procellia guard.
the Embassador then have a rest it seems it take no genius to notice some gap within a society some worship demon and some atheist, also their seems to be power struggle between faction or goverment in Procellia especially after seeing that it seems that the major and the lady doesn't like each other, back in Boredomo The chancellor hold all the power if he is not around The Skytower Council the one who lead the nation, Boredomo never let any strain happen between any civilian or government branches because the archangel always solve the problem their quote "don't let a problem start".

"Kalamity is the security ready" ask the Embassador

"yes ma'am everything at place" said Kalamity

"alright i gonna have a rest wake me up if there any news worthy event" said the Embassador

Then the Embassador go to sleep while waiting for the summit Because apparently the Embassador haven't sleep since from Boredomo Because of The stress of her new responsibility and intense arrival at the Procellia territory.
