New Infantry Weapons of the Xialtan Army

#1

Seeing how much the old rifles and machineguns of the Xialtan Army underperformed in the battle for Ochyro, Xialta seeks to produce new firearms to replace the obsolete ones.

Sarissa-X1

Type: Assault Rifle
Weight: 3.22 kg
Length: 910 mm
Cartridge: 5.45×39mm
Action: Gas-operated, rotating bolt
Rounds per minute: 802 RPM
Effective firing range: 700 m
Feed system: 32-round magazine, 64-round detachable drum magazine
Primary infantry weapon of the Xialtan army, every soldier is required to know how to use and maintain one.
The rifle has adjustable sights, but soldiers that serve in the Xialtan special forces can equip their weapons with their own sights and CQC gear, by mounting it on the weapon's fixed rails.

Designated infantry support weapon, able to suppress the enemy.

Type: Submachine Gun
Weight: 2.7 kg
Length: (with stock extended) 700 mm, (with stock collapsed) 550 mm
Cartridge: 9mm
Action: Roller-delayed blowback, closed bolt
Rounds per minute: 988 RPM
Effective firing range: 250 m
Feed system: 32-round magazine, 100-round Beta C-Mag drum magazine
Weapon designed for the Xialtan police force, but is used by quite a large variety of Xialtan military branches, including officers, pilots and naval infantry.
One of the Xialtan Paratroopers' favourite companions, due to how light and compact it is.

(OOC: the scales of the images may not be completely correct.)
(OOC: I am not all that into weapons, so I may or may not have made some mistakes, feel free to correct me and I may change some things up.)
