[/float] The United Realms of Noveaux (Royaumes Unis de Noveaux) is a nation located in the north eastern interior of the continent of Theodosia. It is bordered on east by Eraphalia, and a bit to the west by Corumm. With its estimated population of 46 million spread out across its neary one million square kilometers the grand majority is sparesely populated grouping together in the large Realm Capitals or in the cities along the lake.

Noveaux is a loose Confederation consisting of eighteen fiercely indepnendt Cantonal Realms. Each realm is allowed to choose how it is goverened and as such some are monarchies, republics and the odd theocracy in Val Calais and Val Fio. The National Government is an Enlightened Constitutional Elective Monarchy. The current Head of State is Emperor Ollivier I Bast. The Head of Government is High Chancellor Laura Deveraux though the Legislature, the Imperistarium has been dissolved until January 2, 2017 for Elections. Ollivier became Emperor during the Sovereign Election on 2 Novtide and was Crowned on 14 Novtide. High Chancellor Deveraux has held the post since her party, the Grand Order one a majority of seats in 2008.

Noveaux only emerged as a cohesive entity in 1788 following the formation of the Confederation. Eighteen realms joined together to form the confederation and exist to this day within it. Throughout most of Noveaux's history there has consisted kingdoms, duchies, principalities and republics. Old Realms as they are referred to went through periods of stability and peace while other times they were warring with one another all in an attempt to solidify their influence.
