In response to the recent attacks, Akarusian police have arrested several members of the NRP on varying charges. Police raids have also been conducted on two NRP campaign offices. The NRP has accused the government of attempting to suppress them, with several protests across the nation.
The NRP is conducting a large right-wing rally in a town near the capital of Andr9pen. The event is expected to be tense, with tens of thousands expected to attend the rally and its left-wing counter-rally. Akarus is mobilizing riot police into the area as a precaution.
With the partisan conflict continuing to grow, the recently-crowned King Erik III of Nolvik has offered to supply aid to Akarus. Nolvik remains a de facto dictatorship following the military coup last December.
