However, he must've had contact in the city. We are not sure who or even whom got him the fake passport, that is what we are investigating, but this was not a one-man job. We are not certain why he tried to enter Fornoire, but our main suspicion is contraband of some sort, as we seized items that look of commercial value"
"Every Oksioripolite has their residency papers, and they must've proved they are residents to get the papers. We believe he faked the papers, and because it wasn't enough to fool the border guards, our authorities arrested him. Our guards have computer data on Oksioripoli birth certificates and legal immigration papers, so when his name didn't match, we arrested him. This process is secret to the public to prevent illegals entering Fornoire. So it can be harder to make successful forgeries"
"We are certain he entered before the recent incidents of massive gun seizures in the Union began. Otherwise, he couldn't enter the city so easily, or have committed the forgery in such a fashion. The Prosecutor's Office in Fornoire has requested a trial in Fornoire, as Oksioripoli is still in a process of transition.
