Canon Reset

RULING FROM THE FOUNDER

In response to the request for a legality ruling on the contents of the thread titled "The Procellian Revolution" by Kitty Cat Paradise and the decisions reached by participants of the Procellia Convention, the Founder rules as follows:

I. Procellia is hereby removed from the regional canon and shall be deemed never to have existed.

II. Any event from the regional canon resulting from an action by Procellia or derived from actions by Procellia shall be similarly removed and demed never to have existed.

III. All the threads to be listed as follows shall be affected by the previous of the previous clause:

• Mekselia Summit
  
• Byzantium Summit
  
• Tenochtitlan Summit
  
• Declaration of Rights of Neutral Nations
  
• The Nation of Procellia
  
• The Soltek-Procellian Non Aggression Pact
  
• The Procellian Revolution
  
• Flash News (individual posts)
  

IV. Any thread mentioned in the above clause or subsequently identified by the Founder as affected by the second clause of this Ruling shall be removed to the Library of Byzantium for archival.
