The Telecommunication Network in Noveaux is still down following the hacking of the Novean Emergency Broadcast Network by the entity known only as "Maestro." Rolling blackouts are still reported throughout the east. The Government refuses to comment on the matter. It is unknown how long this will continue.

The Novean Government has also announced the invoking of Article 9 of the Prosperity Alliance Charter which withdraws the nation temporarily from the open border clause.

Fornoire has banned all transport from and to Noveaux, be it by land, air, or sea, unless it is an emergency.

Day Two Novean Crises: Humanitarian Crises Declared by SC, Borders heavily guarded and closed by Military. Travel in, to and from Noveaux suspended.

The RCSK has decided that Noveaux is in true crisis mode and has closed four internment camps in order to ship out the generators along with their lights and heaters. They have also shipped food and water along with a team of Kumarian Bureaucrats which are renowned for organization skills and equal distribution they await to be allowed through the borders.

Novean Ambassadors abroad have been told to hold fast and close all embassies to day-to-day business until further notice.
Due to the communication and literal blackout throughout the nation there are thus unconfirmed reports of escalating violence in some eastern cities.

20 pro-democratic protesters protesting in New Stelle were killed by Soltek Service, a police-like force in the Sol Federation. The killing was requested by Yutan himself. The protestors shouted words such as, "Yutan is evil! We must force him to step down! We can't live like this anymore!"

The government has released ads detailing the protest in the Sol Federation, urging the people to not fall for "anti-democratic falsehoods, or this will be you". This is as the government continues to purge the military.

Yutan criticizes the Fornoirian government, claiming that they are trying to hold into power and using the incident as way to justify their purging of the military.
"Maybe Fornoire would be better off in the hands of the military," said Yutan. "At least the nation won't be in control of a democracy."
