Canon Reset

Hi all!

Thanks to the hard work of all those who participated in ProCon, I have recently issued a Founder's Ruling that enacts a selective reset of the canon. What does this mean? Simply that certain events related to Procellia and Kauzka will be removed from history. To most nations, there should be no noticeable changes, and you should be free to keep roleplaying just like before the reset.
