Opening of ProCon

Hi all!

In compliance with the recent Ruling regarding the departure of Procellia, I am happy to open ProCon, a meeting for all roleplayers where we can discuss how exactly to explain the disappearance of Procellia within the regional canon and what the consequences will be for future claimants and the world at large.
