The first thing you need to be successful in running a pharmacy is the ability to perform well under pressure. Having good customer service skills is also important. You need to be the sort of person who customers will like and trust. People will be more likely to buy from you if you can establish a positive rapport with them. You should be organized and have good time management skills. You will need to manage your time well in order to avoid being overwhelmed by your workload.
