Chief of IA Foreign Affairs Sarrià is set to arrive in Syndar to mediate the matter between Syndar and Parthenopias. He has called for Parthenopian restraint but has stated that "the IA is prepared to meet any threat to the sovereignty of any member at any time."

Parthenopias has agreed to the AU's emergency meeting and dispatched Archon Jessero along with her Secretary of State to attend in person. They will then fly to Syndar following the meeting to meet and discuss the sailors being held and the ship.

The Caliphate has announced the start of a large library in the center of the city. This will be an addition to the older library, Madras Alnejim, which is 1395 years old. The project will take 5-10 years to complete.
