The 40th Meeting of the Soltek Communist Party - Hentail - 03-10-2017

After a long delay, the 40th Meeting of the Soltek Communist Party has arrived. William Locke is the General Secretary or aka the leader of this meeting. Numerous other important members are Roy Burns, Vance Gure, Ulysses Regan, and Tzarfir Yutan.
Tzarfir Yutan is the cousin of Edward Yutan, who ran away from home and joined the communist party, after realizing how horrible Edward Yutan was. Despite suspicions of him being a spy at first, he was proven himself as a loyal member. Tzarfir is the Minister of Foreign Affairs, where his main job is to meet with other communist parties and interact with them.
Ulysseses Regan is the General of the People's Army, where he controls the military of the Party, which is non-existent as of now, due to Yutan's banning of the party. However, the soldiers remain in the Sol Federation, awaiting the command of Regan's military genius when the Party comes back. Thanks to Regan, the Communist Party has been saved numerous times from sudden attacks from Yutan's military.
Vance Gure is the Minister of the Youth, where he controls the Soltek Youth, a organization supported by the communists to recruit childern of communists to prepare them for their joining of the party. Effectively, this gives him control of the party's future, however Locke has chosen him for good reasons. He has charm, intellect, and joined the party at age 10 after his parents were executed for going against Yutan.
For this, he earned Locke's respect, for his extreme devotion to the party.
He can be called somewhat of a radical.
Roy Burns is the best friend of Locke, who joined the party with Locke in 1999. Mostly a political philosopher, he studies the words of Marx and wonders how best to use them in the real world. He has studied successful and failed revolutions, studying how to achieve success with the Workers' Revolution in Soluske. He has no real position, but is noteworthy.
With all that all out of the way, the meeting can finally begin!

"Well," said Locke, "after a long wait, this meeting can finally begin. This meeting will be an important one, perhaps the most important meeting of this party.
First, we must discuss how we deal with Yutan. The people are brainwashed with his propaganda, so it will be a brutal war. Some of us may have to kill our own relatives. But it will worth it. The workers's matter above all else. Any ideas on how we achieve victory?"
After finishing his statements, the crowd went into frenzy. They had never thought really that hard about who to deal with this situation.
"Obviously, we must recruit people from numerous communist parties. Strength in numbers!" said Tzarfir.
Everyone looked at Tzarfir, paying close attention to his words.
"Without the help of other communists, we couldn't match the sheer numbers of Yutan's army! We must ask for help!"
Ulysses Regan slammed his hand onto his desk, looking at Tzarfir.
"We could increase our numbers, but we also need guns. And lots of them. Perhaps we could ask for help not just from fellow communist parties, but countries that oppose the Yutan regime? With money, firepower, and manpower, we'll be able to crush the regime."
Roy Burns began contemplating this. They would ask for help by bourgeois nations? Isn't that a bit contradictory?
Then he reached an answer.
"Oh course!" Burns said. "We'll use the tools of capitalism to destroy it! With funding by bourgeois nations, they'll only be furthering their demise."
Everyone in the crowd began nodding their heads. It seems as if they reached a conclusion.
"Alright," said Locke. "We'll gain aid by communist parties and countries that oppose the Yutan regime. No further questions?"
Nobody said anything further than that.
"Well, on to the next topic," said Locke.

The meeting would go on for several more hours, and it seemed like with the leadership of Locke, the party was more united then ever.
The Soltek Communist Party was united into one, and prepared for the war against the Yutan regime.
