These security measures are necessary as Kumari is in a fragile transitional state, and Fornoire is still considered a threat to the communist states and these suspicious actions cause concern. The Fornoire Observers have also been dismissed out of concern that Fornoire has secretly involve themselves just to push their agenda in the coming elections.
