Studies of peer-reviewed papers showed that at least 97% of Aethelian scientists are sure that the Moon is not made out of cheese. Unfortunately, a significant and vocal part of the population is sure that they've all been paid off, insisting it's a government hoax to force a cheese tax.

Aethelian lawmakers gathered outside the legislative chamber to debate the most pressing issue of the day: Who has the key to get in? The NDP thinks the PFP took it. The PFP blames the PLP. The PLP blames Aethelia's leader JEM. Leader JEM couldn't be reached, due to being trapped in the chamber by oversleeping the previous day. Debate was resolved when everyone realized the key guy took a sick day, and they voted 87-12 to have a back-up key made.
