Plot: The Island above Ponitler (I'm pretty certain this isn't taken)
Capital City: Imperius, located in the middle thin strip of connecting land.
Others: Illuminus (top coast of the island), Iwabiro (bottom coast of the island)
And Praetoriam anywhere inland.

Plot: (location, shape, size) Roughly the area of the unclaimed part of the central desert on the western continent with the borders touching both the sea and ocean.
If that is too large then drop however much of the southern portion is necessary.
Customisation: (capital, city names, locations)
Capital: Partefon - On the northwestern coast of the Empire just south of where the land-bridge area is separating the sea from the ocean.
Other Cities:
Sadarna - At the western endpoint of the river.
Baltana - On the southwestern most coast of the Empire near the border.
Lapa - On the northeastern coast of the Empire on the eastern half of the bump-like swell of land pushing into the sea.
Caradava - Roughly central.
Tesina - On the eastern coast near the farthest northern border of the Empire.

Epatron - south of the nation, on or near its (oceanic) coasts

Casies (City) - north of Malrism
