Region of Selene

After years of hatred towards Selene and its allies, the Sol Federation has decided to announce the the Soltek Pact. Just recently after announcing their new ideology, the Sol Federation hopes to expand its sphere of influence. Daniel Turnt has announced the rules of being a member of the Soltek Pact.
"1. You must agree that an attack on one of us, is an attack on all of us. If one nation of this pact is attacked, we will all send military force to aid the defender.
2. You must not be a communist nation.
3. You must agree that the Sol Federation, Imperial Greece, and Kauzka are the leaders of this alliance.
4. You must agree that this pact will change or update its rules."
Next are the reasons why Daniel Turnt thinks that nations should join.
"1. If you join, we will aid you financially and militarily. However, unlike Selene we will not force you to accept certain government types such democracies.
2. This pact is to prevent Selene and their allies from forcing globalization. A nation must not agree to some rules that foreigners made. A nation such as the Sol Federation was made for the Solteks, not for the Sartorians. We will promise to protect your culture and people.
Now the announcement has been made. The Sol Federation has officially announced to the world its Anti Selene policy.

Sasaufe was interrupted by her steward bringing the news of the Pact. 'High Councillor the Sol Federation has announced a pact regarding an Anti-Selene alliance. They wish people to join and have stated in clause 3 that we are one of the 'leaders' of the pact' he carried a data-pad (a device which had recently been invented and was taking Kauzka by storm) and showed it to Sasaufe. It had the rules of the pact and it's benefits. 'I see Heesish did his job well' she thought to herself and then said to the steward 'invite Heesish to a feast at the castle'. The steward ran off, leaving the pad on her desk next to her nearly finished speech. She read it over quickly and then went back to writing her speech.

Councillor's House: Siotos

Heesish was reviewing the new economic structure of Kauzka when he got a call from Shycus. 'Hello, is this the High Councillor?' He asked.
'Her steward' the steward replied 'her grace wishes you to travel to the Shycus Castle for a feast'
'Alright I'll be there' Heesish replied and put the phone down. Later that day he flew to Shycus and attended the feast, where they discussed the new pact and Sasaufe congratulated him on the accomplishment.

An update on the Soltek Pact: Imperial Greece is no longer a member of the alliance.

The emperor, Varos, has agreed to the joining of the soltek pact and agreed to the terms of enlistment.

There has been an update to this pact:
Rule Number 4: You cannot enter a military alliance with someone who directly opposes the Pact. You can, however, make trade with them if you wish.
5. The Imperial Greek States have been kicked out of the alliance. As such, Senair will take their position as one of the leaders.
As of now, there are 3 members:
The Sol Federation
Kauzka
Senair.

The recent fall of government in Kazuka has lead Edward Yutan to place them as temporally discontinued in their position as one of the leaders of the pact. He seeks and urges other nations to join the pact, as a way of going against globalization and Selene and it's allies.
