I'm continuously being shocked by Procellia the nation, and not always in good ways. Namely in how communism would have taken root without a single factory, a billion people in a place that is basically Greenland, and the technological capacity of the modern day even with a total isolation.

1) Factories have existed in rl since the 1600's in the UK. Procellia was in the mid 1750's

2) the whole country isn't a single climate

3) If you want to run my character (country) then fine I'll bail because I'm sick and tired of you complaining about it every week

4) I've spelled out in detail what technologies are modern and what don't exist because of its situation
