Changed maximum signature length to 4091 characters.
Changed Stats Limit to 20. 20 threads now available to be seen here.
Turned off ICQ Number field, AIM screen name, and Yahoo ID field.
Changed default time to GMT -5:00, no DST.
Removed herobrine.
