///Secret///
///Dispatch to Marco Valerie's///
///Topic: Diplomatic party///

I write in reply to your concerns over our official envoy to your nation. The party is composed of three military, and one civilian. They were dispatched in secret due to concerns that the gifts to you would fall into the wrong hands. The cards we presented you with, as a thank you for being the first to accept our invitation, are very valuable in the wrong hands. And, as we are ignorant of your customs, were under the belief that you respected diplomatic immunity. We regret this is not the case, and consider it a grievous insult that you would arrest and detain unarmed diplomatic envoys bearing gifts.

Ufficio del Presidente del Consiglio
Risposta sulla Invitazione del Governo di Procellia

I need to reiterate my concern over the diplomatic practices that your government has displayed. Sartoria has the utmost respect for the principle of diplomatic immunity, but we only apply it to those who openly present themselves as diplomats. You will understand that this looks like nothing less than a military incursion, an action that this government takes very seriously.

You should know that the envoys are not under arrest. They were detained as a precautionary measure, with sufficient luxuries and all the guarantees of due process, until their identity could be satisfactorily verified. In view that you have provided such verification, I hereby request that they be recalled or given diplomatic credentials by your government within the next 72 hours, so as to regularise their situation in Sartoria.

I understand your concerns, and personally apologise for the misunderstanding. Please inform my personnel that they are ordered to return to Procellia.

In order to better avoid misunderstanding in the future we, The Prime Minister and I, wish for you to provide a copy of the procedures of your nation for recognizing foreign diplomats.

In addition, at the meeting we wish to discuss setting up a better system of communication. At present communication outside of the kingdom is very inconvenient.

Afgurla Transportation Center

The Captain politely helped the ambassador down from the truck. The air was crisp and clean, as the mountain breeze drifted down from the highlands far in the distance.

Ever since the socialist revolution two centuries ago it had become common practice for leaders to use public transport in Afgurla. Ignoring the many wide eyed stares the party got from the almond eyed Procellians who cleared a path as they saw the foreign diplomats.

The inside of the building was a lavish display of wealth, with modern statues everywhere, and so many plants that it looked like a tropical garden inside.

Leading the way, the Procellian captain brought them down a long series of steps, until they were far underground. The underground was a virtual labyrinth of corridors and stairs leading to the many trains that populated the depot.

By the end of half an hour though they were finally on board a train bound for the historic district. They had the train car to themselves, as it seemed an armed group of foreign origin had spooked the natives.

"Ma'am, do you have any questions about Procellia?" He asked in his stiff and formal manner of speaking

The Captain looked at the ambassador with genuine surprise. But his answer showed no emotion.

"A thousand years ago Selene was expanding their empire and trying to unite the world under their tyranny. We had long been trade partners with the island nations nearby, including what would become your nation.

"Our nation had been content to simply ignore Selene, because we thought that they would never try and invade a continent. We paid dearly for that assumption. In à cowardly sneak attack the Selene navy surrounded Afgurla at night, blockading it from the mainland; and when we refused to surrender they burned the city to the ground killing tend of thousands of people.

"Those barbarians took control of the whole province by the end of summer. We had no choice but to burn the fields and retreat into the mountains. The demons we worship though gave their sadistic justice to those monsters, winter that year came in early. With no food, and the harbors frozen the fleet was left to starve. They exumed our dead, and desecrated our offerings to the demon lords. But they had their justice, that winter Selene lost almost all of her navy to the wrath of the demons who protect us. They froze to death and starved, slow and agonizing deaths that suited those barbaric people. By the time we finally ventured from the mountains, what little remained of the fleet had escaped from our shores. On that day we swore that our nation would never again be invaded, and we sealed our ports and sank our own trade ships."

Mia Remember her Homeland who Always in oppression by renegade Warlord That Surround Their Territory maybe if Boredomo can change the pass it will stay Hidden maybe announcing The Boredomo existent was a mistake.

His Eminence Cardinal Francis O'Cronin sorted the correspondence between State and personal. Even as the leader of Pontilear, he received pastoral care letters from his former parish. He responded with the typical 'caring' letter written by his personal secretary. He regretted becoming impersonal but one when becomes leader of a country, he must delegate.
The mid-morning sun shining through his crimson office made his mind race. His predecessor insided on crimson decor and it must be decorated to suit his preferences now. It was a new time for the country, for him, and for the faith.
Cardinal O'Cronin opened the leader from the leader of Procellia. He find it time for the nation of Pontilear to open relations between itself and it's fellow nations. Far too long have past Cardinals isolated the nation and only accepted relations from Rome. The Cardinal knew his nation and his faith needed a change.

Most Honourable Dras Ishay,

In the prescence of God and on behalf of Pontilear; I regret I cannot personally attend the summit at Cuzarit Castle. However, I wish to send Archbishop Thaddeus Unferold and his associates as well as Deacon Jacob Langey. Though both serve Pontilear; one serves Rome more and the other Pontilear. I wish to have a balance and also a fair representation of Pontilear at The Meeting. We are not fanatics, but rather those who grew from persecution in earlier times and I wish to move the nation into more present affairs.
I hope you will receive both the Archbishop and Deacon. I look forward to your reply.

Your holiness we will gladly receive your honored guests at the meeting. Though please be advised that Afgurla is a majority Atheist city, and as such may fail to provide for your spiritual needs. If you wish to request any reasonable accommodation please inform me now so that your quarters can be prepared.
