i.the 1909 Justice Act lays out that Capital Punishment while deemed an extreme punishment is constitutional. As such it is reserved for Treason, Espionage and other acts of heinous nature such as massacres, intentionally killing soldiers, law enforcement, children or more than 5 people in a premeditated manner. 
ii.the 1910 Preservation of Nature Act outlawed abortion but a 1926 Arbiter Court Ruling (Cassinare v. Osevino) overturned this stating that Abortion had to be within government oversight so as to prevent maternal deaths as a result of botched or unethical practices. 
iii. 1919 Marriage Act states that marriage is performed by civil servants and is between two consenting adults. The Act never mentioned the sex of the individual and as such it was later interpreted to protect same sex couples though this was not clarified until a 1952 Arbiter Court Ruling (Gentolini v. Aesina)
iv. the 1876 Act of Conscription dictates that all males 18-35 must serve 2 years in the reserves or 1 year in the active military. As of the 1978 Act of Armed Expansion females also aged 18-35 must also serve 2 years in the reserves or 1 year in the active service.
