As I was saying, if the nukes were to be used people would just... No wait, how about we give only a few nukes to everyone and have them fire all of them at the beginning, that way we can, as hentail said, have a fallout scenario, if you don't want that then we should just can the whole nuke thought.

I've incorparated that into the rules but if tension gets to high between the nations, say your about to be taken over I will pm you to say you can let the nukes fly. There will be rules to that as well, as some countries will be able to disarm them or have defense from them but that is for another time.

Yes there are sides so far with me, Sol Federation and Seniar on the Anti-Selene side and you, Sartoria, Sylon and Tepetltan on the Pro-Selene side, I may have missed some and this is also assuming that Selene itself doesn't join the war.

When it's own existence is threatened, the organism doesn't lie at rest. Selene would not be at rest when the threat of nuclear war is imminent.
That being said, I don't know how Selene would get involved, if at all. I'm not the sole controller of the Empire.
