A bill has been brought before the Senate Judiciary Committee to outlaw capital punishment in Parthenopias. This has caused some protests throughout the nation, both for and against the bill.

Today we mourn the lost of Duke Jeser te Altür and his wife, Duchess Heleja, for at around 5am this morning the two were declared dead after a rockslide swept them off the side of Fraiskamüdan. The two were meant to be enjoying a peaceful retirement after the duke abdicated to his son Ulvar, who we expect to make a speech later today.
