Since the founding of the Sol Federation, the Soltek government has been developing a new ideology. Before, there were no political parties or ideologies in the Sol Federation that were popular. After the Soltek-Kauzka Summit, the government has announced the founding of Sorism, a new ideology and political party that the government hopes to spread across the world. Sorism is founded on the idea of a central leader ruling the nation, with the people expecting to listen to everything he says. It strongly opposes communism, socialism, and anarchism. The government is above all of else. Capitalism is strongly believed in as the only true way to run the economy. Turnt, the leader of the Sol Federation, has said, "This political party will reign as the true way of government. We will fund all Sorist political parties in every country." So far the group has about 10,000 members, with most being government figures and corporations. The rest are citizens.

Premier Xiyah Queztal sat at his desk in the Executive's Office of the Federal Palace, located in the very heart of Tenochtitlán, the capital of the Federation. The invitations had been sent. The conference rooms had been prepared, the guest rooms readied, and security increased to ensure the security of all the foreign dignitaries from Seloana, Sartoria, and Sylon. This was a transformational period for Tepetitlán, as the outcome of the summit would almost certainly decide the future of the Federation for decades to come. The Premier had narrowly won reelection only two months prior, and was looking to reassure the Mexica people that they had not made the wrong choice. The sound of a federal staffer entering the room broke the tranquil silence of the Executive's Office. 

"Mr. Premier, everything is ready for the summit. Do you wish to await the guests at the palace entrance, or would you prefer to meet them in the conference room?"

"Tepetitlán has a rich history of being cordial to one's guests, and I plan on keeping this tradition. I'll await our visitors at the entrance once they get out of their respective vehicles. I'll be heading there now to await their arrival." 

"Very well, Sir. I'll inform the Palacial Guard of your whereabouts. Anything else you require, Mr. Premier?"

"Make sure that the conference room is supplied with water, and the bottles of tequila to be gifted to our guests. That'll be all." 

"As you wish." 

And with that, the staffer saluted the Premier, and exited the Executive's Office. Premier Quetzal stood up, and began is walk toward the palacial entrence, in anticipation of the arrival of the foreign diplomats.

After the events of the recent summit, Yutan went back to the Sol Federation's capital, New Stelle, and told the supreme leader everything that unfolded. "Ah, yes, know that other nations of the world finally know of us, we will become the rival of Selene," said Turnt. "I can't wait to meet this Heesish, correct? Hopefully, we can secure an alliance with them. Maybe then we can introduce the Anti-Selene Pact. Or even better, we can finally get some good air conditioners, because for the love of the gods, it is hot in this nation." But suddenly Yutan arrived. "Sir," said Yutan, "sorry to interrupt but he should be arriving soon." Turnt then stood up, eagerly awaiting Heesish, dressing in a fancy tuxedo, in his eyes a sign, that this meeting would change the Sol Federation's future.

To create a character on the roleplay tavern then just type up a summary of your character and post it here, it must be related to the timeline of the roleplay tavern.
Here's how it should look (exclude anything not in bold):

Name: a character without a name is hard to work with, be thoughtful about the people around you...

Appearance/race: are you telling me he doesn't have a face! My god.

Nation: (you can skip this if you want) which country are you from my friend! Norway. Really, where's that?

Biography: I was born then I grew up, yey.

Alignment: are you a rebel or an imperial, either way darth Vader's gonna choke you.

Hi! imperial nation of seniar, Seniaran empire.  Please read everything even if it is a bore, I put it there for a reason.

I noticed that there wasn't much roleplay happening here (none at all) and I would like to start it off (or I'm wrong and my computer isn't working properly).

Basics
Basically this thread is a just simple tavern roleplay chat room where you create a character (on my separate characters thread) and talk.  I will also make updates on weather and national situation, make sure to keep up to date when involving this in conversations


Events
From time to time I'll create events which will have an impact on the roleplay aspect such as: "a farmer bursts into the tavern shouting 'orcish Raiders, run for your lives!'", of course I would go into more context with the event but you get the picture, I hope.

Duels
This could lead onto another aspect of roleplay, Fighting or "duels", at specified or agreed times there will be a dungeons and dragons style fight to determine the victor. To initiate duels you must openly state that you want to fight such and such person, If they agree then pm me to coach or choose on a trusted person to coach.  There will be no skills, instead you will specify what the character is doing at that time, examples: "Zoltar attempts to circle around him and stab him with his knife." Or "Dianive attempts to cast a fireball spell on Jeniv'e.", yes, magic is allowed, no healing though this is a roleplay thread.  Your choices can be as outrageous as you want it to be, "Triss attempts to jumps into the air, do a backwards flip, land perfectly behind her enemy and kick his shin.". Take not that I say "attempts" before every sentence, this means that I, or a decided person, will roll a dice and determine wether your attack is effective or not: 1-3 meaning effective, 4-6 meaning ineffective.  Be sure that when I'm not here you keep the duels as fair as possible, no secretly pm-ing the coach to alter the dice, no leaning to either side of the duel.

Roleplay
Now onto actual roleplay.  When joining the chat room you must say something along the lines of: "this character enters the tavern and stumbles into the stool near the bar", you can make it more dramatic of course but if you want to create an event in the process then pm me.  When speaking you must keep in mind that this is a roleplay, not just a chat room, you may talk normally as common folk but never talk about things outside the thread other than the nations, they play a part in this as well.  If you want to roleplay as a bartender or server working at the tavern then pm me, I can only allow three people as workers, so... yeah.
Also (forgot to mention), the taverns' name is "The Gypsy's Tankard".


Current timeline and history
The roleplay is set in medieval times in my empire of seniar, the year is 1163 and the date is the same as ours.  there is currently a war between the rebels and the imperials of seniar (where have I heard that before), the nation is split in two.  The tavern is located on the imperial side of seniar, close to the border and is secretly a rebel outpost (but you don't know that), it is found in the small town of Cavirsid just beside the farmlands close to Falathor.


Subcategories
Rebels
The rebels believe in the old ways and staying believers in the sun god and moon mother, they believe change is an impossibility, famous people include: their leader Ross Avalan, general Bjorn Icari and Druid Kli Oder.
Imperials
The imperials have been mass converted to the way of Triach and the high father, they believe that any disbelievers are savages and must be converted in any way possible, famous people include: emperor Ivan Efil, empress Donna Efil, general Traig Wauter and first son (high priest) Quentis Shiven.

This is everything that you should know to get started, if you have any questions or things you might want me to add just pm me, don't say it in chat, that's only for roleplay and announcements.

Sasaufe changed clothes for the forth time, not wanting to come off as too intimidating but wanting to seem as important as she was. She was relatively young to be High Councillor, at only 29 years of age, but her cunning, resourcefulness and ability to lead had secured her place a year ago, and had kept her in power. She settled with a dress made of a white fur, as was the custom to wear fur and a brown fur scarf to keep her warm. The dress was sleeveless and went down to her ankles. She also wore a golden necklace with a ruby in the shape of a cats paw that adorned her neck. Several rings were on her fingers and her hair had been curled and bobbed when she walked. In her hair she had a white flower. Sometimes people told her that she could be a model, but she'd always preferred to have a purpose in life other than people taking photos of her half naked. Her hair was a sandy brown, as was most of the citizens of Kauzka, and her skin was a similar color. 
She wondered what the Dras was like. From the knowledge she had of Procellia she knew that white children were selected from birth to become Dras, as they believed that that was the blessing of the demons, but she knew little else of his appearance. She supposed it did not matter though as the purpose of the meeting was to discuss relations between the two countries, it would be interesting to see how he differed from the populace though. She did not like positions of power being granted to people based on their skin or lineage, as she had been a victim of this for many years serving under Ranxiagrir, who differed only in appearance and family from her. She supposed that the citizens of Procellia were alright with this, as there was no complaints against him, and she guessed this was partially due to the religion, although some of the populace was atheist she knew. She walked down the hall and eventually to her jet, which used to be Ranxiagrir's, in which an escort of 2 unarmed Saber Tooth's, the elite force skilled in various marshal arts as well as weapons, so she felt safe even in the absence of their weapons. She climbed into a seat of the jet and put on a movie while it flew to Procellia.
